All installations are very new and tested now  There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, a large inox fridge & freezer, in the bathroom a bathtub with rain shower & new washing-machine. Non-smokers are preferred and smoking is only allowed on the balcony, which is accessible from every room. Rent is all included (electricity, water, heating, internet). There is a room with a single bed, a larger room with 140x200 cm bed and the largest room also has a 140x200 cm bed. It is in the Pacific Building in Rue Willems 14-16. There is a receptionist 24h. Downstairs in the building itself there is a Delhaize supermarket that is open 7/7 days 12h per day and a post office. There is a Carrefour supermarket at a distance of 100m on the street. Also just within 100m of the doorstep there are many places to eat, banks etc The Berlaymont is only 1km away and many other EU offices and EU-related offices are closer. Metro Madou (and the EU office there) is at 450m. Distance to Metro Arts-Loi where all metrolines pass is 850m....
