The dining area consists of a fully equipped American kitchen where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast sitting in the sidebar or on the comfortable table for 4 people located right next to it. The living room is a very cozy space decorated with good taste and has a comfortable blue-gray sofa, an armchair, and a television. The apartment has two exterior double bedrooms, both furnished with double beds and a large wardrobe to store all your things. A third room became a comfortable office to study or work in a quiet and relaxing space. The full bathroom has a large shower while the washing machine is located in the small gallery next to the dining room. The apartment is in the famous district of Grácia in the same street as Casa Vicens, the first masterpiece of the architect Antoni Gaudí. It is located right in the middle between the Fontana and Lesseps metro stops (L3) and a few steps away from the famous Plaça del Diamante, at the La Plaza del Diamante, the homonymous novel by the writer Mercè Rodoreda.
