On the second and third floor of the house are located this duplex apartment with a surface area of 180 sqm, 6 double rooms (surface from 12 to 25 sqm) 2 bathrooms Kitchen Terrace of 27 sqm. Common areas: Basement Laundry Litte fitness room Party room. ROOM 10 : 20 sqm. Located upstairs (third floor) the room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, door lock, central heating, ready to use. Sam The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and maintenance and repair services.
