Bright and cosy one-bedroom to the south of Milan's city centre Entering the apartment, you’ll be welcomed by a small but bright entry hall. The living area is connected with the kitchen. Through beautiful and huge window elements the room is flooded with daylight. The living area is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a coffee table. Walking further to the kitchen, you’ll be able to access the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the neighbourhood. The kitchen area is equipped with a stovetop, a sink, cabinets and drawers, a fridge-freezer combination and a microwave. More shelves give you much space to store away everything you need. A table for two is integrated into space. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The window elements make the room nice and bright. A little desk, that can be folded against the wall to use the space most efficiently, is provided. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a large sink with mirror and space to place toiletries. The toilet and a bidet are provided here as well. The washing machine is situated in the bathroom, underneath the sink. A storage room gives space to store away personal belongings and else. The apartment is located on the second floor and accessible via a lift. Public transportation is within close walking distance. Different restaurants, stores and supermarkets also within close walking proximity. RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Utilities are excluded. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost" - ⁠In case of bookings longer than 6 months but shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 80€ for a studio, and 100€ for one-bedroom apartments. - In case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 150€ for a studio, and 200 € for one-bedroom apartments...
