Tram line D, the U4 station Rossauer Lände, and the Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof are just a few minutes’ walk away, ensuring excellent transport connections. Attention: This is a double room for single use only! The room is completely furnished: - Twin bed - Desk - Wardrobe - Shelves - Washing facilities The House offers: - A study room - A TV room - A games Room - a sports room - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer - A music room - A library - A chill Out Area - Beautiful garden with barbecue - WiFi in the common areas and garden (semesterticket €30,-) We provide dedicated laundry rooms equipped with multiple machines, depending on the residence. Note: Since the use, - and/or guest contracts concluded with dormitories (according to Austrian StudHG idgF) constitute a full exception according to §1.2 of the Austrian MRG (idgF), the monthly costs are a usage fee, not a rent.
