Here you can enjoy the tranquility by the pool, stroll in the surrounding gardens and be dazzled by the beautiful beaches within a short walking distance. → Condominium The apartment is inserted in the condominium Clube Albufeira, surrounded by gardens, swimming pools, restaurants, snack-bars, mini-golf, playground and a mini-market. → Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with 2 single beds. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. → Living room The living room features a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning, dining table, and access to a private balcony with dining area. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and coffee maker (coffee not included). → Pools The condominium features 4 pool areas, one of which is climate-controlled (adapted to the outdoor temperature), with sunbeds, restrooms, a snack bar or restaurant, as well as children's pools. All pools are open year-round from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Things to know: - Maintenance works in progress in the condominium; no estimated completion date. - Cleaning and maintenance work being carried out on the swimming pools. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00 and 50€ after 00:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → The gym is temporarily out of service. → The Resort has access control to the facilities. All guests must wear a (reusable) wristband, which gives access to the facilities.
