This house is located ON school Campus! Bedroom 4: This is a bright and spacious bedroom with really big wardrobe and a double bed. (Note: this used to be a shared bedroom for 2 persons so the setup on the pictures are not the same.) This is a beautiful older house with a lot of history. Everything has been renovated and is in top conditions. Only 2 minutes walk to the University of Iceland. The house is on 3 floors and has 7 bedrooms and 2 and a hal(hidden)athrooms. Each and everyone gets a new bed with bed linens and duvets. New study desk with a comfortable chair and a lamp. There are also sets of towels for each and everyone. Blow drier and iron is at the house for everyone to use. In the common area we have comfortable sofa with 42" cable Tv and a big dining table for up to 8 people. Bus stops right in front of the house. Only 5 min walking distance to nearest supermarket. The house is located in a family friendly neighbourhood with the best swimming pool, coffee shop, bakery and ice cream shop in all Reykjavík.
