We offer a wide variety of rooms for students, where some are for one and some rooms you can even stay two in. Our rooms category varies from a Single, Single with kitchenette, Studio, Studio L and Studio XL. If you are coming with your partner, the Studio, Studio L and Studio XL fits two people and only one of you need to be a student! The cost for utilities (electricity, heat, and water usage) are 750 DKK per month. All rooms are with designer furniture, private bathrooms and most of the rooms have fully equipped kitchenettes. Wi-Fi in the room as well in the entire building are included in the rent. But that’s not all. No matter if you wish to focus on your studies or get in shape you’re fully covered with us. The beautiful building offers everything what a student need. From cool, modern rooms to lounge areas, state-of-the-art facilities including gym, gaming room, cinema room and a walking/running track on the roof. Along with the many amenities and the amazing location we also offer a 24/7 assistance for all our residents, and we aim to organize great activities and events for our residents every month, to create a nice and welcoming community for everybody.
