Since my daughter moved out for her study, I decided to rent this room on the first floor in our house to International Female students of Erasmus University. I live in the house also, downstairs. I am looking for serious, decent and clean students. There are some house rules. It is ment only for one female student, no sleep-overs, no visitors are allowed.
