After graduating with a degree in Hotel Management and completing an Executive MBA in Tourism Management, I began my career in 2008 at the age of 23 as a young intern. Over the years, I progressed to roles including Assistant Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager at three highly successful international chain hotels in Lisbon.
Throughout my hospitality career, I was involved in the opening of four 100+ room hotels, overseeing responsibilities such as building and managing website content, recruiting and training Human Resources, negotiating with providers and clients, pre-selling, representing the hotels at key industry events, managing guest relations, implementing operational standards, and organizing events.
After a fulfilling decade in the hotel industry, I decided to step away in 2017 to pursue new opportunities and challenges. That marked the beginning of a personal and professional journey - developing a special project close to my heart: a collection of 12 apartments for medium to long-term rentals.
For the past two years, this project has received my full attention, and I am proud to share that all of our guest stays have been a success. Our apartments are charming, comfortable, fully furnished, and equipped to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience. While designed to give guests the autonomy and comfort of a home, our team remains always nearby - attentive, supportive, and ready to assist whenever needed.
