“Avoid this listing – Payment Issues and no accountability
I had a terrible experience. I booked a 6-month rental, paid the first month and tenant protection fee, and was in contact with Thomas. Upon arrival, the landlord said the contract was invalid, so I had to leave. HousingAnywhere confirmed that RentFlat AB received my payment, yet Thomas first denied it and then stopped responding. I never got my refund.
Avoid this agency!”
