Hi! I am a main tenant in a flat and by contract able to sublet the another room in the property. I am speaking in Hungarian and English. Prefer people from east of us mainly from the Former Soviet Union as they have a so different personality/ mentality and more traditional views. This is more like a flatmate search where I am looking for for a fine person who we can come along very well - it is not about the money but about to find a suitable person and rest assured: I am very picky. Better to have no tenant than have a bad one. So at first I wish to know more about you only after that can we talk about to settle in.
