Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in.
