THE BUILDING Welcome to (hidden) Gavà, a modern coliving residence designed for comfortable and community-oriented living. The building offers 27 fully furnished private apartments, including a unique duplex apartment, together with carefully designed common areas where residents can work, relax, and connect with people from around the world. Residents enjoy access to a coworking area, a meeting room for those who need a professional space for meetings, study sessions or remote work, a shared kitchen, lounge spaces, laundry facilities, a terrace offering an outdoor area to relax, socialise and enjoy Barcelona's pleasant weather, and social areas that create a welcoming international community. *PLEASE NOTE: The apartments are marketed without completed communal areas. These areas are still under construction, and we do not yet have a confirmed completion date. The residence also includes one apartment specifically adapted for wheelchair users. THE LOCATION Located at Carrer de Gavà 77, in Barcelona's vibrant Sants-Montjuïc district, this residence enjoys an excellent location with easy access to the entire city. The area is well connected by public transport and is just minutes away from Barcelona Sants Station, one of the city's main transport hubs. You'll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, gyms, parks, and local shops within walking distance, while Barcelona's city center, universities, business districts, and cultural attractions are all easily accessible. It is the perfect location for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Barcelona while living in a well-connected residential neighborhood. THE CONDITIONS Take a look at the conditions of this apartment to see if it meets your needs: - Utilities are included in the price. - A two-month security deposit is required. - There is a one-time 400€ entry fee, covering administration costs, contract preparation, check-in, and check-out cleaning. - The minimum stay is 3 months, with the possibility of extension. - Check-ins are available from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Weekend and public holiday check-ins may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee. -Our apartment rates are based on single occupancy. If two people wish to stay in the apartment, the monthly price increases by 100€. *Please note that the maximum occupancy is two people per apartment. If you are interested, please send us an inquiry introducing yourself and indicating your preferred move-in and move-out dates. We will request some documentation to review your profile. Once approved, we will guide you through the booking process. To secure your reservation, the first month's rent, the security deposit, and the entry fee must be paid before the check-in date.
