There is a private bathroom with shower. The apartment is on 1st floor, located in the side building where big windows are facing inner garden, which provides both tranquility and greenery . From the apartment -The tram stop for line M10 at “Straßmannstraße” only a few meters away. -The large park Volkspark Friedrichshain is about a 10-minute walk away. - Local cafés and restaurants are nearby . in the apartment the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. A 140x200 cm size bed is provided with pillows and blanket. Towels are also available . It makes the apartment ready to live in. If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due.
