The apartment is equipped with, among others: - washing machine - iron - ironing board - vacuum cleaner - mop, - clothes dryer - broom - Wardrobe - Desk - Lamp - Bed - Wastebasket The kitchen includes: - microwave oven - kettle - hotplate - refrigerator and other equipment: - pots - frying pan - cups - glasses - cutlery - chopping board The bathroom includes: - shower - Toilet - washing machine - washbasin - shelf for cosmetics Please take into consideration the information below while placing the booking otherwise your request might be cancelled by the Landlord: I. Duration of the contract: Winter semester: 15.09/ 1.10 till 01.02/ 16.02/ 28.02 Summer semester: 1.02/ 16.02/ 1.03 till 30.06. II. Deposit Deposit is equivalent to one month rent. III. Admin FEE- 1 month The admin fee must be paid prior to checking-in. We provide the following services: • Helping to choose the best accommodation suitable for your needs, • Contract preparation, translation of the contract to English, Italian • Airport transfer from Chopin Airport or place where are you staying in Warsaw to your new flat • Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain PESEL number or „zameldowanie”, • representing you in communications with flat owner. • Set of fresh bedlinen. • Taking care of keeping flat in good technical condition for use when issues arise, and they are not tenan’s fault. IV. Final cleaning + 450 zł. ( includes laundry services, cleaning, and small repairs) If all tenants agree to monthly cleaning then they can share the cost.
