The room is lockable. 📏 The apartment: The apartment is 150 sqm and has seven rooms, making it easy to make friends and explore the beautiful city. It is located on the top floor and has a large terrace available to all residents. There is a common area with a small kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub as well as a separate toilet with a sink. Additionally, residents have access to a washing machine and a dryer. 📍 Location: The house is located in Vienna’s 4th district, and due to its central location, it's a dream place for students, especially exchange students. The location is particularly attractive: it is close to the main train station. Excellent infrastructure due to the very short distance to the station, with various public transport lines and many everyday shops. There is also a supermarket inside the station that is open on Sundays. All grocery stores like Spar, Billa, Hofer, Bipa are just a few minutes from the apartment, as well as various cafés and restaurants. 🧼 Cleaning: Every week, our cleaning staff cleans the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and hallways to ensure the apartment stays in a clean and tidy condition. 📋 Rules: No shoes in the apartment. After using shared spaces and items, please leave everything clean, especially the kitchen and kitchen utensils.
