Location: C/Daoiz 38 🔸The monthly rent varies depending on the length of the stay. This flat has two single rooms. It has one complete bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The services included are: WIFI, home insurance, emergency phone 24/7, maintenance, bed linen, community expenses, consumptions (water, electricity, and gas) up to 100€/month. Once the reservation has been accepted, we will request the necessary details via chat to register it in our system. The booking cannot be confirmed until this information has been received and subsequently approved. Afterwards, the contract will be sent by email for review and signature. Keys will only be handed over once the contract has been duly signed. Check-in is free of charge at our office from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Check-ins outside these hours, as well as on weekends and public holidays, are subject to an additional fee starting from €100. At the time of key collection, we will provide a customer service contact number for any questions or assistance during your stay. Indicative photos; layout and décor may vary.
