Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 (after 22:00 a fee of 25€ is applied) and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory E. No eating, smoking, loud music, or games (balls, rackets, etc.) around the pool area F. No diving or jumping into the pool G. Pets are not allowed in the pool → Gym and multipurpose room rules: The gym room, also referred to as the multipurpose room, is exclusively intended for physical fitness activities. Please follow the rules below: A. Opening hours: from 08:00 to 23:00 B. Access to the gym is free of charge C. All users must maintain proper hygiene before, during, and after using the equipment.
