To proceed, please submit a booking request for your intended stay via HousingAnywhere. Once the initial booking is confirmed, the full duration of your stay will be arranged privately via Contract. ★★💳 Payment & Platform Information★★ ➤ The first month’s rent is collected exclusively via HousingAnywhere. ➤ €200 additional costs are added to the rental price for first month Rent only and must be paid by the tenant together with the security deposit. ★★📝 Extended Stay & Private Rental Contract★★ ➤ If the one-month stay is accepted and both parties agree to continue, the full intended stay will be arranged via a private rental contract. ➤ After your one-month booking is confirmed, you will be contacted privately via your provided phone number to sign an official rental contract, valid under German law between tenant and owner. ➤ From the second month onward, rent payments will be handled directly under the private contract via bank transfer and not via HousingAnywhere. ★★🔐 Security Deposit (Caution Money)★★ A security deposit is required for all stays. ★★ 📅 Payment timing★★ ➤ For short stays (up to one month), the deposit must be paid before or on the day of check-in by bank transfer. ➤ For stays longer than one month, the deposit is paid after signing the private rental contract. ★★ 💳 Deposit amount★★ ➤ One month’s rent for a fixed-term stay of up to and including 6 months. ➤ Two months’ rent for a longer or open-ended stay...
