To join our co-living space, we require a minimum stay of 3 months, a deposit of one months, and payment for the first month (or proportional) upon arrival. 📑We require the following: ** If you are a student: Present your tuition and proof of financial means. ** If you are a worker: Provide your paycheck and proof of financial means. ** If you do not have a salary: Payment of the entire contract in full (6 months + one-month deposit). Additionally, please note: ** The rooms are for individual use only. Couples and pets are not accepted. ** The room offered is No. 6. You'll be sharing the space with friendly, fun, creative, and enterprising individuals—perfect companions for socializing or enjoying activities like watching soccer matches. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. 🕒 Check-in Time and Key Pickup Check-ins are handled personally by a staff member, who will provide you with the keys. Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. The fees based on your arrival time are as follows: 15:00 to 19:00 → No extra charge. 19:00 to 20:30 → €30 (cash, payable to the person greeting you). 20:30 to 22:00 → €50 (cash, payable to the person greeting you). From 22:00 onwards → €80 (subject to prior confirmation; cash, payable to the person greeting you). ⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you’re running late, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. If you don’t show up or notify us in time, rescheduling the person in charge of handing over the keys will incur an additional surcharge depending on the time of availability. 🕒 CHECK-OUT TIMES Please keep your return flight time in mind when planning your check-out: Standard check-out: 10:00 AM (Latest check-out time at no extra charge). Late check-out: Subject to availability. Until 12:00 PM → 20€ Until 2:00 PM → 40€ 💡 Remember that payments for late check-ins or check-out extensions must be made in cash directly to the person in charge of the keys. Please confirm your flight details and estimated arrival time with us as soon as you have them, so we can arrange your check-in. !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself.
