You will have a large 180cm super king size bed with a memory foam orthopaedic mattress. The downtown is about 10min bus ride away from a bus stop in front of the house. We're located on 5th floor with a lift, which makes the room fairly quiet too. The space I've refurbished this beautiful period apartment in early 2020. All fittings and furnishing are done to high specs respecting the type of the building itself. There are 3 bedrooms in total each with access to one bathroom, which makes sharing this apartment comfortable even for adults, coupes and professionals. Guest access You will have your own lockable bedroom. The entrance goes via a shared hallway and kitchen/dining area. You can also use any of the utilities like washer/dryer. And there is a big bathroom with both shower and bath tub, which is shared with me only (if i am at home). Security deposit for stays more than 4 months is equal to 1 monthly rent.
