The space The apartment is furnished with fresh linen, towels, shampoo and soap for extensive comfort. There is also a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen including basic ingredients such as sugar, salt, pepper, tea and coffee. Within 200m you can find three different Supermarket chains (Lidl, Hofer and Merkur), as well as a gas station adjoining a mini mart below the building, with flexible working hours (06:00-00:00). Guest access The apartment is on the 3rd Floor. Lift available. Other things to note Parking is chargeable throughout Vienna. The short-term parking zone applies to all districts from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outside of these times, you can park for free (with the exception of resident parking spaces). Prices for the parking tickets start at 1.10 euros per half hour. You can buy the parking tickets at tobacconists or online, for example. Other than that, there is a park and ride option, which you can reach (from our place) within 10 minutes. There you can park from 3.60 Euro per day. Children are also welcome, while a crib can be provided for free upon request. The apartment is cleaned by professionals and the bed linen and towels are disinfected properly.
