The house is newly renovated, and every room includes a private modern bathroom. You share a large modern kitchen, dining/living room, laundry room and garden. All rooms, including the kitchen, are fully furnished and equipped so you can enjoy your stay with 9 other young professionals in Brussels. This 1904 “Hôtel de Maître”, a mansion with 10 rooms for rent, was entirely renovated in 2020. The 10 rooms, each including a private, modern bathroom, vary from 21 to 42 square meters each. The house is located on a quiet street, between Place Luxembourg, Place de Londres and Square de Meeûs. The Luxemburg train station and Trône metro station are each a 300-meter walk away. All rooms are for single-use, non-smoking, young professionals with E.U. work permits. They are fully furnished and equipped with double bed, lounge chair, wardrobe, desk, etc. All rooms have private bathrooms. The souterrain contains a very large, fully equipped common kitchen, a dining/living room with television and access to the garden (of 180 square meters, facing south). The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, drying racks and ironing equipment. In addition to the room rent, there is a monthly charge of EUR 200 for all the extras included: (design and antique) furniture, bed linens, bath towels, high-speed internet, gas, water, electricity, insurance, and regular cleaning of rooms, bathrooms and common areas.
