Situated in the heart of Sofia, my flat is ideal for short or extended stays for 1-4 people. It was renovated in Oct. 2017 and has everything you need to feel at home. The master bedroom has a comfortable bed (180cm x 200cm) that sleeps two people and plenty of closet space. The guest room has an Ikea sofa bed and can be used as a day room as well. There is an open kitchen/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a part gas/part electric stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and electric kettle. Their is a washing machine on the enclosed balcony off of the kitchen. At the entrance, there is an additional large work space and more storage space. The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. There is a Smart TV in the living room and fast free WiFi. There is also air conditioning in the flat. The neighborhood is ideal for those working in or wishing to explore the center of Sofia. There are plenty of places to wine and dine ranging from fast food to upscale venues starting from Ugo Restaurant next to the building entrance. Vitosha Street, a pedestrian street filled with trendy cafes, bars and a bit of shopping is only 8 minutes by foot. Another fun street for boutiques and cafes, Shishman Street, is 8 minutes in the other direction. The Palace of Culture which hosts concerts, plays, and cultural events is 12 minutes by foot. There is a guarded parking lot which costs 2 BGN per hour less than 100 meters from the building entrance. Just minutes from the flat you can find everything you need from boutiques, bakeries, and food shops to pharmacies, banks and mobile phone providers. The Parliament and The Alexander Nevski cathedral are about (hidden)m walking distance, The national Theater and the city garden are about 200 m walking distance and NDK concert/event hall is around 600 m walking distance. There is a paid parking around 30 metes from the entrance, The closest tram stop is about 20 meters on Slavejkov Square and bus stop is about 40 meters away on Rakovska street...
