Around you there are bakeries, pharmacies, cafés and small restaurants where you can still sit comfortably after a long day. It is hard to beat the connections from here. The Central Station, with the U1 metro, the S-Bahn and national and international rail services, is about a seven-minute walk; Keplerplatz on the U1 is even closer, roughly five minutes away. That puts you at Stephansplatz in about fifteen minutes, at the airport in half an hour, and on a direct train to Bratislava or Graz just as easily. The universities and universities of applied sciences are comfortably within reach as well. And for free afternoons: Belvedere Palace, its gardens and the Belvedere 21 museum are practically within walking distance. And then: settle in.
