It is a private apartment in a building with an elevator. The apartment is for four guests and offers a king-size bed (180x200 cm) in the separate bedroom and a sofa bed (200x200 cm) in the living room for two additional guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, TV, and free Wi-Fi. The building has underfloor heating and central water supply. A fan is available for guests during the summer season. Please note that toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper etc.) and kitchen adds (kitchen rolls, dishwashing caps and coffee caps, sponges, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc.) are not replenished during the stay. Additional cleaning, bed linen and towels change is available at an extra charge. The price will be 8-10 EUR/day. Parking on weekends is free in Vienna starting from 22:00 Friday till 09:00 am Monday where it’s not prohibited by the Parking signs.
