If you like walking it is only ~2.5 km to Aalto Uni and by bus/metro it takes around 15 minutes. Helsinki is only ~30 minutes away either by bike or by bus/metro. Kitchen area must be kept clean like the rest of the apartment. A written rental agreement is signed between me (landlady/owner of this studio) and you (the tenant). ✨READY TO MOVE IN HOME Move-in ready home including everything seen in the photos + much more (for example kitchen and cleaning stuff inside the cabinets). Possibility to have also bed linen, towels and/or bicycle(s) (costs extra). Basically you can just bring your suitcase and start living. Ask for a more detailed list of the items included. The list of items that are included can be modified based on what you want/need. ✨COSTS 💰NOTE!!! THE RENT DEPENDS ON THE RENTAL PERIOD AND HOW MANY PERSONS ARE MOVING IN. The insurance costs have been ~15 e/month for one person. Refundable security deposit is between 1500 and 2000 euros (exact amount depends on the rental period).
