Room The room is approximately 17 m2 in size and all the furniture in the photos is yours! The bed is a king-size bed and there is a working TV. The room faces the inner courtyard, so it is very quiet and you cannot hear the street. Location The apartment is located at the intersection of Reinsburgstraße and Schwabstraße, right in the center of Stuttgart between the West and South districts. You are at the foot of Karlsöhe, a hill that offers a magnificent view of the city. The area is also very suitable for jogging. A Rewe supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The Penny supermarket is also a 5-minute walk away and the Lidl supermarket is 5 minutes away by bus. The apartment is located right next to the 42 Schwab-Reinsburgstraße bus stop. The Schwabstraße S-Bahn station is also a 5-minute walk away. If you like running, you can reach Neuschlossplatz in 20 minutes. Flatshare Type The apartment currently houses international students. Fatima (22) comes from Mexico and studies at the art college. Camila (26) is from Argentina and is an intern at Mercedes in the finance department. The apartment is large and so are the rooms, so you can find peace and privacy. We don't have a specific cleaning schedule, but everyone takes responsibility and cleans on a rotating basis.
