Welcome to the heart of Berlin. This apartment is in great location and offers you everything you need for a great stay in this city: it is centrally located, very light, near a park and yet close to a traffic hub - which takes you literally in a few minutes to the vibrant parts of Berlin. Within 10 minutes you can get to Boxhagener Platz or Kollwitz Platz, Volkspark Friedrichshain (a lovely public park), Alexander Platz, and in 30-40 minutes you will arrive at the main train station or the airport thanks to trams and city trains (M10, M5,6,8, Ring S-Bahn 41 and 42). The flat is on the 4th floor, in the back building and thus very quiet. It is part of a traditional Berlin building with high ceilings, wooden floors and is fully furnished. The bills for electricity, gas, water and internet are included in the rent. There is a wide choice of supermarkets and health food stores near by. At less than 10 minutes walk there are an olympic indoor swimming pool, a hospital, medical center, restaurants , cafes and bakeries. There is no dedicated parking, on-street parking, however, is free. The apartment consists of a hallway with mirror, shoe rack and wardrobe hooks. It leads to the bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, shelves, a clothes bin and the main room: here there is a generous table that doubles up as a desk, 2 chairs, a wardrobe, two big shelves and a few smaller wall-mounted shelves, a comfortable couch chair, and black-out curtains. From the main room you enter the kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, washing machine and shelves and storage units. There are bedding, towels, and crockery. In (hidden)ment there is a storage locker and there is dedicated space to park bikes. Zentral und hell, grün und doch mitten im Berliner Getümmel. Hier hast du alles, was du braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe, dank des nahe gelegenen Verkehrsknotenpunktes : in 10 Minuten bist du sowohl am Boxi oder Kollwitz Platz, im Volkspark Friedrichshain, im Schwimmbad, am Alex, oder in 30-40 Minuten sowohl am Hauptbahnhof oder als auch am Flughafen. (M10, M5,6,8, Ring-S-Bahn 41 und 42). Die voll möblierte Wohnung ist in einem traditionellen Berliner Altbau mit hohen ZImmerdecken und Holzboden. Strom, Gas, Wasser und Internet sind in der Miete enthalten. Diese Wohnung ist im 4.Stock im Quergebäude gelegen und somit sehr ruhig, gleichzeitig gibt es von Rewe Supermarkt bis zum Biomarkt, mehreren Bau- und Supermärkten, Klinikum, Ärztehaus, einem Volksbad, Restaurants, Cafes und Bäckereien in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß Entfernung alles was man im täglichen Leben braucht. Parken auf der Straße ist erlaubt, kein Anwohnerausweis nötig....
