So imagine sitting together in the kitchen drinking a glass and connecting with your flatmates. But because of the big flat it’s also good if you do not want to connect always with the others because you never get forced to be social like in smaller flats 😊 Our CEO is living at the moment in Herzgasse with 7 roommates and he enjoys it extremely. Because if he needs to work and wants to have silence, he goes in his room but when he wants to talk and drink an after work beer he always finds someone in the flat who is motivated for it. It’s also good, because we always take care that the common area is good noise protected from the rooms. Of course, the rooms to each other too. With all our tenants and also our alumni tenants we organize summer BBQ events at the Danube and different parties, sport events like skiing in the alps and a lot more events.
