Durch das Fenster blickt man auf den Hafen und die Gehry-Bauten. Im Keller befinden sich Münzwaschmaschine und -trockner sowie der Fahrradkeller. Ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Das Gebäude wurde in den letzten Jahren umfangreich renoviert, das gesamte Treppenhaus und der Aufzug sind neu, alle Fenster, Türen, usw., auch die Fassaden wurden komplett neu gemacht. Auch wurden die Vorhänge entfernt und durch Plissees als Sichtschutz ersetzt. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen stabilen Rollladen als Einbruchschutz.
